If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your AC Spritzer® 200 you may return it within 90 days for a full product refund.
One Year Limited Warranty
Mist Ecology warrants that all non-consumable parts will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase. Upon written notification of a covered defect, Mist Ecology will repair or provide a replacement part, at its option. Mist Ecology also reserves the right, at its option, to refund the purchase price paid by the consumer, un-install and remove the precooler. Consumable parts such as filters and mist nozzles, defects resulting from alteration or damage by any cause beyond our control including misuse, negligence, accident, improper installation, other service procedures, or the failure to operate and maintain the product according to instructions are not covered by this warranty.
Disclaimer of Implied Warranties; Limitation of Remedies
YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. It is your responsibility to confirm that installation of an evaporative precooler will not affect any warranties on your air conditioning unit. Evaporative precooling involves misting and water use. It is your responsibility to determine the appropriateness of the precooler for your air conditioner and its location. IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED OR TO THE EXTENT THEY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. MIST ECOLOGY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE USE, MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRECOOLER, DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT, INSTALLATION, DE-INSTALLATION OR REMOVAL OF THE PRECOOLER OR ANY OTHER CAUSE. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
